Free Shipping Policy
Free One-Day Insured Overnight Shipping
Michael F & Co. offers complimentary one-day insured UPS Overnight shipping on all orders within the U.S. (Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APF/FPO/DPO addresses take additional time and fee). For international order, please email us to make special arrangements.
Important! Once your order is completed and ready to ship, we will contact you for your confirmation of the best ”To-Be Received” date since we need an adult signature for our shipments.
Please note, we do NOT ship to PO Boxes. Packages require an adult signature upon delivery. Michael F & Co. is not responsible for delays caused by weather, the actions of the shipping company, or circumstances beyond our control.
Track Your Shipping
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the UPS Tracking Number confirmation of the shipment using the contact information you provided to us at check out. To check the status of your order, simply visit the UPS website or email us.
Return Policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may receive a full refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to receive a return authorization (RA#) number for returning by mail. Packages without a return authorization (RA#) numbers cannot be accepted by us.
Michael F & Co. will only accept merchandise for return in; unused, unaltered, and salable condition. Returns must accompany original packaging and all certificates and appraisals. Michael F & Co. will not accept returns of Special Orders, Sized and/or altered items & Engraved Items, As industry standard Michael F & Co. reserves the right to refuse any returns, conditions described.
Upon completion of the proper return procedures and after determination of the items are in original condition, Michael F & Co. will issue a refund within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges
Within 14 days of receipt, an item in unused, unaltered, and salable condition with original packaging, receipts & certifications may be exchanged for another item.
If the newly selected item is a lower price than the item being exchanged, refund for the difference will be issued back to the customer. If the newly selected item is a higher price than the item being exchanged, the difference will be charged.
