First-Year Coverage
- Warranty: If anything happens to your jewelry within the first year of your purchase, we will cover the repair costs, provided there is no physical damage to the piece. This includes issues such as loose settings, defective clasps, or missing stones in fine jewelry.
- Exclusions: Physical damage, such as dents, deep scratches, or signs of improper handling, is not covered under this warranty. In such cases, repair costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
After One Year
- Case-by-Case Basis: For repairs needed after the first year, we handle each situation on a case-by-case basis. Our team will assess the condition of your jewelry and provide you with an estimate for the necessary repairs.
- Repair Services: Our repair services include, but are not limited to, fixing missing stones, resizing, and restoring worn or damaged components of fine jewelry.
Lifetime Services
- Cleaning, Polishing, and Inspection: We offer lifetime cleaning, polishing, and inspection services to keep your jewelry looking as brilliant as the day you received it.
- Stone Tightening: Stone tightening is lifetime guaranteed.
- General Inspection: Recommended every 3-6 months to maintain the integrity and longevity of your jewelry.
How to Request a Repair
- Contact Us: To request a repair, please contact our customer service team at (212)-278-8585. We will guide you through the process and provide you with a shipping label to send your item to our NYC storefront.
- Inspection and Estimate: Once we receive your jewelry, our experts will inspect it and provide you with a detailed estimate for the repair work if applicable.

At Michael F & Co, we are dedicated to ensuring that your jewelry fits perfectly. We offer re-sizing services to adjust your jewelry to the ideal size. Please review our policy below:
First Re-Sizing
- Free of Charge: Your first re-sizing is free of charge. This service is available within the first 90 days of your purchase. We want to ensure that your jewelry fits comfortably and looks stunning.
Additional Re-Sizing
- Subsequent Re-Sizings: If you require additional re-sizing services after the first adjustment, a fee will apply. The cost will depend on the type of jewelry and the extent of the adjustment needed.
How to Request Re-Sizing
- Contact Us: To initiate a re-sizing, please contact our customer service team at (212)-278-8585. We will provide you with instructions on how to send your item to our facility.
- Shipping: For your convenience, we will provide a prepaid return label to cover the shipping costs for the first re-sizing. For any subsequent re-sizing, shipping costs may apply.
